The function rooms at HWCC can be adapted to meet your needs for a party, meeting, corporate entertaining, charity event or dinner dance.

The large, attractive, purpose-built Balcony Suite has a dance floor, fully equipped kitchen, bar and high specification audio equipment.

The Boundary Lounge has a bar and versatile seating areas with access to the grounds and patio.

A wide choice of table layouts is available depending on the nature of the event. We can cater for up to 80 seated or 100 buffet style based on seating arrangements and will provide exactly the level of unobtrusive service you require.

We have free on-site parking and full wheelchair access to the front and back of the building and to function rooms.

Business events:

Whether you are planning a training session, a business conference, or a public relations exercise we can bring you the comfort, style and service to make it work for you.

This venue is also perfect for breakfast meetings, product launches, management seminars, business lunches, presentations, networking forums and even your staff Christmas party.

 

Private functions:

We will make sure that the atmosphere is just right for you at any private gathering. You can choose the seating arrangement, the lighting and whether or not you want dancing and music. Everything is arranged in a style to suit your guests.
